1. Definitions

  • “Company” refers to Rainbow Cleaning Company PTY LTD.
  • “Client” means any individual, business, or entity booking or using our cleaning services.
  • “Services” refers to all cleaning services offered by the Company (residential, commercial, industrial, post-construction, and specialised cleaning).

2. General Conditions

  1. The Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
  2. All services are subject to availability, and booking confirmation is required.
  3. We operate 24/7 by appointment; however, certain services may be limited by schedule or staff availability.
  4. By booking with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorised to request the service.

3. Booking & Scheduling

  1. Bookings may be made via phone, email, or through our website.
  2. The Client must provide accurate information regarding property size, condition, accessibility, and service requirements.
  3. Quoted times for cleaning are estimates based on property size and condition.
  4. The Company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to emergencies, safety concerns, or staff availability.
  5. Additional service requests during cleaning may incur extra charges.

4. Pricing & Payment

  1. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes.
  2. Payment is required on the day of service, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  3. We accept cash, bank transfer, and approved digital payments.
  4. Any additional cleaning required due to poor property condition, excessive dirt, stains, rubbish, or clutter may incur extra fees.
  5. Parking fees or tolls required for access will be added to the final invoice.
  6. If payment fails or is not completed, the Company reserves the right to seek debt recovery.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  1. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment time.
  2. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  3. If the cleaner arrives and cannot access the property, a full service fee may be charged.
  4. Repeated cancellations may lead to refusal of future service.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

  1. Rainbow Cleaning Company PTY LTD offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
  2. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning, you must notify us within 24 hours.
  3. We will return to fix the issues at no additional cost.
  4. Refunds are only issued if we cannot fix the problem after a re-clean.
  5. The guarantee does not apply to:
    • Pre-existing damage
    • Permanent stains
    • Areas not accessible during cleaning

7. Access to Property

  1. The Client must provide safe access to the property, including keys, codes, parking instructions and entry permissions.
  2. The Client must ensure electricity and running water are available at the property.
  3. The Company is not responsible for delays due to restricted access or unsafe conditions.

8. Health & Safety

  1. Our cleaners follow strict safety procedures and use eco-friendly products.
  2. The Company reserves the right to refuse service if the environment is unsafe, including:
    • Hazardous waste
    • Unsecured animals
    • Dangerous objects or chemicals
    • Pest infestation
  3. Cleaners will not lift items heavier than 15 kg for safety reasons.

9. Damage & Liability

  1. The Company is fully insured with Public Liability Insurance.
  2. The Client must report any damages caused by cleaners within 24 hours of the service.
  3. The Company is not responsible for:
    • Pre-existing damage
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Items not properly secured or that are fragile
    • Hidden defects
  4. In rare cases where damage occurs, the Company will repair or compensate based on insurance assessment.

10. End-of-Lease Cleaning

  1. End-of-lease cleaning is performed according to standard real estate checklists.
  2. The guarantee covers cleaning only; we are not responsible for areas requiring repair or maintenance.
  3. The Real Estate agent’s final decision is not controlled by the Company.

11. Carpet, Upholstery & Steam Cleaning

  1. Results may vary depending on carpet age, material, and condition.
  2. Certain stains (wine, ink, paint, pet urine) may not be fully removable.
  3. Fast drying time is estimated and may vary due to humidity and ventilation.

12. Post-Construction Cleaning

  1. Heavy debris removal, cement scraping, paint removal, and builder waste disposal may incur additional charges.
  2. We do not remove hazardous construction materials unless agreed beforehand.

13. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  1. Provide accurate service details.
  2. Secure valuables prior to cleaning.
  3. Ensure pets are secured during cleaning.
  4. Notify the Company of any areas requiring special care.
  5. Ensure cleaners have access and working utilities.

14. Website Use

  1. By using our website, you agree not to misuse or attempt unauthorised access.
  2. Information on the website is for general use and may change without notice.
  3. We are not responsible for third-party links or external websites.

15. Privacy Policy

  1. All personal information is handled confidentially and in compliance with Australian privacy laws.
  2. We will never share or sell your information to third parties unless required by law.
  3. Data collected is used only for service booking, communication, and customer support.

16. Amendments to Terms

Rainbow Cleaning Company PTY LTD reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
